My Verdict:

This devotional book is simple, pretty, and straightforward, and would make a fantastic gift. The cover is gorgeous, which is important if it’s going to be sitting by your bedside for a full year. Each daily devotion is one page, beginning with a verse of scripture and followed by a short anecdote. It’s just what you need to begin your morning in the right way. This is going to be a book I give as a Christmas present to church friends.
