If you don’t yet have Amazon Prime, hurry… Amazon is raising the price of Prime in just 5 DAYS!
Starting March 20th, the annual cost of Amazon Prime will increase to $99 (currently $79/year). New customers who start a free trial of Amazon Prime through March 20 will lock in the $79 rate for the first year. Amazon Student will also increase from $39 a year to $49 on March 20.
We’ve been Prime users for years now, mainly because we order a lot of books and really enjoy the free shipping with no minimum order. My husband also watches a lot of the free movies and TV shows they offer. Here are some of the benefits of Prime:
- Unlimited FREE 2-day shipping on millions of items, no minimum order
Unlimited streaming of over 41,000 movies and TV episodes through Prime Instant Video
Access to over 350,000 books to borrow through the Kindle Owners’ Lending Library
Ability to add up to 4 family members or co-workers onto your Prime Account. Here’s how to share Your Prime benefits.
Discounted Amazon Prime membership if you’re a student. Students get a FREE 6-Month trial of Prime, and then pay only $39/year with an .edu email address. Here’s more info on Amazon Prime for Students
