Discounts and deals at Tupelo Honey Cafe

Tupelo Honey Cafe is one of my favorite Knoxville restaurants. The food is amazing, and if you belong to their free loyalty program (called the Shoo Mercy Club) you can get some great deals! Here’s the info, from their website:

Shoo Mercy Loyalty Program

Our Shoo Mercy Loyalty Program has REAL rewards!

  • Sweet Finish Reward – 200 points (free dessert of choice)
  • Biscuits and Jam Reward – 350 points (3 lb. biscuit mix and a jam)
  • Honey & Sorghum Rewards – 750 points (bottle of honey and bottle of sorghum)
  • Queen Bee – 1000 points (free cookbook)

So, here’s how club members can earn points!

We’re dividing the incentives into two categories: an item-based incentive track and a handful of niche specialty rewards track.

Item-Based Rewards:

  • Receive 15 points for every entree ordered.
  • Earn double points (30) for each of these Signature Entrees:
    • Breakfast Bowl
    • Shoo Mercy Pancakes
    • Roast Beef Po’ Boy
    • Brian’s Shrimp & Grits
    • Root Beer Molasses Glazed Pork Tenderloin
    • Petite Tender Medallions of Beef
  • Receive 10 points for each dessert ordered.
  • Receive 10 points for an order of tomato soup as a starter.
  • Receive 5 points for each rosemary peach lemonade or flavored tea ordered.
  • Receive points each time you purchase merchandise, either in the store or online in the e-store:
  • 25 points for cookbook purchase
  • 20 points for t-shirt purchase
  • 10 points for Tupelo Honey
  • 35 points for pecan pie to go



  • Kids Club: Bring in the kids between 4 and 6 p.m. on weekdays and they eat for 50% off. Limit $15 per table.
  • Sunday Night Supper Club: Join us for dinner on Sunday evenings twice and receive your third visit entree for free, up to $15.
  • Birthday Club: Receive up to $15 off entree of your choice during the calendar month of your birthday.
  • Anniversary Club: Receive 1 free dessert during the calendar month of your anniversary.
