Black Friday discounts on fun theology and history DVDs for your kids (or you, or other adults!) from What’s In The Bible

November 23, 2012

We were big fans of Veggie Tales before the company changed hands, and so we were really excited to try out the new series from Phil Vischer (creator of Veggie Tales) called What’s In The Bible. I actually was introduced to it when I won a copy of Volume 1 from my friends over at 2 Teaching Mommies. Now, let me preface all this by telling you that I don’t really like puppets. I never have. (Anything by Jim Henson or the Sesame Street folks is an exception.) So I wasn’t sure how I was going to like this series. I was more than pleasantly surprised, because DVDs did NOT annoy me. In fact, they taught really intellectual, in-depth theology and church history in a way that’s entertaining and really easy to understand. Honestly, these are good for youth/adults to: anyone who isn’t sure what the Pentateuch is, or what “Septuagint” means, or why there are different numbers of books in Protestant & Catholic Bibles, or how the books of the Bible were actually chosen. That’s the caliber of these DVDs!
Here are some Black Friday deals from What’s In The Bible so you can experience them very inexpensively.

Volume 1 is only $5! It’s a great way to share What’s In The Bible? with your friends and family this Christmas or stock up to give out throughout the year! Ministry leaders can take advantage of this great deal to give Volume 1 to new or visiting families to your church!
